Doug Alston and his wife, Kerstin Alston and their whole team provided phenomenal realty service to us as we were seeking to sell our house and buy a new house. I can’t imagine a realty experience going smoother, faster, or more positively from beginning to end. We were able to sell our house without ever having to actually show it (as compared to similar ones that had been on the market for months!), and our bid for the new place that we are living in now (hooray!) was accepted right away.
They answered every one of our questions and made sure we got the information needed to move forward with both buying and selling. They were also able to make it so that the timing worked out so that we could move out of our old place and into our new place without having to take things to storage which was fantastic.
